About.
I’m Amanda, a strategic + service designer who loves listening and soaking up information. Using empathy and human-centered design, I like problem-solving and envisioning new futures for organisations, big and small.
I have 15 years of experience in design, research, strategy, product development, marketing, communications, business development and operations in the not-for-profit, corporate and arts sectors.
I’m a collaborator first and a leader second, and specialise in bringing together strong, happy teams to deliver brilliant work.

I use design thinking to guide my work and it’s meant I’ve been able to be part of some incredible projects including service delivery, digital + data transformation, CX, operational planning + strategy, UX, program development + delivery, messaging and marketing campaigns.
I have worked with brands including the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, Telstra, Qantas, Citi, LG, Canon and Destination NSW.
My work has won at the Cannes Festival of Creativity, MAPDAs and London Design Awards, and I’ve also been able to speak about my work at conferences like MuseumNext and Data to Power.
